2025 16U & Junior Nationals - USAW

2025 Team NM Fargo Information

Fargo (USAW Freestyle and Greco National Championships) 

  • July 10th  – July 19th  (Fargo, North Dakota) 

  • Boys Freestyle and Greco Roman, Girls Freestyle 

  • Age Groups: 16U and Junior (HS) 

  • $675 to $1,025 + Wrestlers/Parents will need to provide their own transportation to Fargo, ND

  • (Plane Ticket $600 to $1000 or Driving) (The cost includes entry fee, lodging, food, Team NM Training Camp, National Team Fee and gear package) (Wrestles must stay with Team NM at the event)                                

    • Girls 16U or Junior - $675 + Transportation Cost
    • Boys 16U Freestyle and Greco - $1,025+ Transportation Cost
    • Boys Junior Freestyle and Greco - $1,025 + Transportation Cost 

  • Price Breakdown:                                        

    • $85 Entry Fee per style (Freestyle or Greco)                        

    • $66 per night in dorms plus 3 meals each day from cafeteria (Ranging from 4 nights to 8 nights depending on length of stay in Fargo) ($240 to $480)

    • $175 Team NM Gear Package

    • $150 National Team Fee

    • FREE Team NM Fargo Training Camp 

Team NM Fargo Qualifications: 

Each wrestler must auto qualify or earn a minimum of 10 points in order to participate at Fargo for Team NM.  

  • Auto Qualifiers for Fargo

    • 2025 NMAA HS State Champion 

    • NMUSAW FS or GR State Champion

    • Place at any USAW Regional or the US Open Event (Must be in Freestyle or Greco) 

  • Wrestlers can participate in these events to earn points:

  • NMAA High School State Placer - 1 Point 

  • NMUSAW Local Tournament - 1 Point (4 Local Tournaments)

  • NMUSAW Local Camp  - 2 Points (2-3 Local Camps)

  • NMUSAW State Championships - 2 Points 

  • USAW Women’s National Championships SPOKANE, WA (4/4 - 4/6) - 3 Points 

  • USAW Open LAS VEGAS, NV (4/23 - 4/27) - 3 Points

  • USAW Western Regional HERRIMAN, UT (5/8 - 5/10) - 3 Points 

  • USAW Southern Plains Regional MULVANE, KS (5/16 - 5/18) - 5 Points 

  • USAW Turf Wars Duals POCATELLO, ID (6/22 - 6/24) - 4 Points

 

Wrestlers must also participate in the Team NM Fargo Training Camp Early July

*Wrestlers not auto qualifying or not earning points can appeal to the NMWUSA Board or Director for consideration to go to Fargo 

 

Important Dates

Late April/Early May - Order Team NM Gear 

June 5th: 50% of total fee is due as a Deposit

July 1st: 100% of total fee is due as Final Payment

July 5th to July 7th: MANDATORY TEAM NM FARGO TRAINING CAMP
